Jason LeFaive was first introduced and supported YoungLife/YoungLives while serving in Youth Ministry in 2001 and most recently as Lead Pastor of Seven Oaks Church, in Visalia. In September of 2023, Jason accepted the position of Executive Director at Spirit. Since 1992, Spirit has brought Christian Music to the Central Valley from Bakersfield to Fresno through radio. As Spirit moves forward into the next chapter, partnering with faith based organizations, like Young Life/YoungLives,  is key to building community and fostering relationships that keep Jesus at the center. 

While Jason has been blessed to be a part of several faith based non-profits and serve as pastor in our community for over 20 years, he is most grateful for his wife Alisha, of 23 years, and three daughters (Makennah 18, Madasyn 16, and Milana 11). Alisha is a Registered Nurse and oversees the Infusion Centers for Dr. Watrous at Sierra Pacific Arthritis in Visalia, Fresno, and Nipomo. 

Jason believes that every person has been given a story to share and a purpose to live out the gospel in their every day lives. He is excited to be a part of supporting YoungLife/YoungLives through Dancing with the Stars. His wife is more excited to have a dance partner at future weddings and events. Jason’s greatest dance moments came and went in the mid 90’s with the Mt. Whitney Men’s Glee and Choir.
